Cancel Subscription and Delete Account
Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription. Cancellation steps will vary based on the platform you used to subscribe. * Deleting the Funa app will not cancel your subscription.
iOS & Apple’s App Store instructions:
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- On your Mac, open iTunesand navigate to the Store tab
- Scroll all the way down to Accountand sign in
- Scroll to Settingsand tap Manage next to Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Or contact Apple Customer Support. We are unable to cancel subscriptions processed by Apple, but they should be able to help.
Android & Google Play Store instructions:
- Go to google.com
- On the left, click My Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Manageand Cancel Subscription
Or contact Google Play Support for more help. For security reasons, you’ll need to delete your Funa account while signed into the app.
Permanently delete your account
- Sign in to the Funa app
- Tap the profile icon
- Go to Settings
- Scroll all the way down to the end of the page and select Delete Account

Once you do cancel your subscription, you’ll be able to use your Funa subscription for the remaining days you paid for.

Canceling a subscription doesn’t retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously paid subscription fees can’t be prorated based on your cancellation date.
